 I am a Licensed Medical Therapist and Exercise Science Trainer with 12 years experience in the field. I attended Bryan University where I obtained my degree in Exercise Science and Advanced Personal Training.

I am dedicated to helping people suffering from injuries and illnesses. I have experience working with Stress related disorders, Professional athletes recovering from injuries, Veterans, PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Stroke patients, Anxiety disorders, Migraines, Car Accident Injuries, Oncology patients during and after chemotherapy, and those struggling with hormonal balances.

I utilize the most state of the art modalities to heal your body. I include in your session: A G5 Percussor for Lymph Drainage, and Deep Tissue, Manual and Range of Motion to increase your mobility, Cold Laser Therapy for pain management, and neuromuscular reeducation to retrain your muscles and brain to connect. Along with Hot and Cold Stone Therapy.

We will find your bodies imbalances and work together with an Exercise Science Routine, and neuromuscular reeducation to strengthen your weak muscles. Your therapy will leave you feeling better after every session.
